A New Day's services are provided primarily to children and adolescents in their living arrangement and within the family system. The array of services provided is in accordance with the Georgia DMHDDAD description of services for Intensive Family Intervention. A New Day will provide basic services and support to accommodate consumers during non-traditional business hours via designated mental health professionals and staff. Services include:

- Parenting skills training
- 24-hour crises intervention
- Drug and Alcohol counseling
- Educational advocacy and support
- Mentoring and tutoring
- Community outreach
- Life skills development
- Anger management/ conflict resolution
- Decision making skills
- School based services
- Nutrition and health services
